BUYERS-  When working with me you will receive a free weekly update of a custom home search.  I will create a personalized home search based on your needs.  Each night our computer system will generate an email and send it to you right away so you can be one of the first people to see what is new on the market.  On top of the MLS search, I will be checking with for sale by owners, old/expired listings, my personal database as well as other agents in the office listings. 

*I will evaluate the value of your chosen home/homes so we can make sure you get the most home for your dollar.

*I will negotiate to the best of my ability for you.

*Advise you to contact our team lender, appraiser, or title company who because of the volume Coldwell Banker gives them, they give us their very best service possible.

*Coordinate all inspections and appraisals to make it easier on you during your move.
